Fundraising

Fundraising plays a vital role in putting on our show each year. It helps to offset some of the considerable costs of putting on a stage show, while keeping cact fees and ticket prices as affordable as possible. Many of our fundraising efforts also have a social aspect to them, helping you to get to know people from the broader show outside of rehearsals and performances.

There are lots of ways to help support us including:

Hamper Help

Each year we welcome donations of items that can be put together to make hampers for prizes at our Trivia Night and in during our run of show.

Cast who contribute items receive patrol points per item. Maybe you are cleaning out cupboards, wondering how to regift something you got and don't need.

We will also hold another Doughnation Day on August 9, where you get a doughnut for items donated as well as patrol points.

A box that says "The Wish List!"

The Wish List

Our wish list never seems to end! Alongside the creative side of theatre, there's a lot of administration and behind-the-scenes work required to bring a production to life. If you'd like to support us, please consider donating an item from our wish list.

Every contribution, no matter how small, helps make the show possible.

If you have any other way's you can help us with fundraising please get in contact with us today, send an email to Sarah Gason at fundraising@whitehorseshowtime.org or have a chat with us at rehearsal.
